Drawing: Pen & Ink, Pencil, Charcoal, etc.
Glass: Panel, Sculpture (etched, stained, painted, etc.)
Metal: Sculpture, Engraving, etc.
Mixed Media: Collages, combined media (ex. Metal w/wood), all other 3-dimentional work (ceramics/pottery)
Painting: Oils, Acrylics, Pastels, Watercolors etc.
Photography: Film or Digital (B & W or color)
Wood: Sculpture, 2-D, Carvings etc.
Misc.: Woodblock, Printmaking, etc.
Artists submitting work must be members of the Guild, and contribute at least 2 volunteer hours toward the Gala
Submit original or original print* artwork with a minimum market value of & $350 for live auction
A digital picture needs to accompany pieces for live auction
Maximum size for hanging artwork: 4’ x 4’ framed
A maximum of two pieces can be submitted to the jury
Jurors determine which artwork goes into the Live Auction
In agreement with the artist, items not chosen for the Live Auction may be donated to the Silent Auction

Jan 11: Submission forms available at BFAG Gallery and our Website under members only.
Feb 18: Deadline submission date for application, typed artist bio, and digital entries to: email@example.com NO EXTENTIONS
Feb 19: Entries sent to Jurors
Feb 26: Final jury selections
Feb 29: Artists notified of selected art
April 2: All artwork due at 1702 Pecan between 9 a.m. & Noon
April 3: “10th Anniversary Artful Afternoon” Garden Party & Fine Art Auction
Artists may establish a minimum starting bid of no more than 50% of retail value. If your minimum bid is NOT received, your artwork will not be sold. If you have questions whether your artwork “qualifies”, please contact: Jeanette Condray at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
